I reached out to customer service and waited, but no one ever got back to me. I don’t think I was being impatient or unreasonable, I just expected some kind of reply. Even a quick update would’ve been fine, but I never heard anything.

I’m really annoyed I spent money on this. The material felt cheap right out of the package, and then it started falling apart way sooner than it should have. Whoever made this clearly didn’t care about quality.

I get the whole “be your own boss” angle they’re going for, but it just felt a little hollow to me. And it’s not even about that idea itself, I’m totally open to it. a lot of their products are c*** false advertising. On what they are, especially the gloves, they're one mill. They're not 4 mill, and they sent me the wrong size. 4 boxes can't return. No options doesn't have it available anymore. Everything else is c*** with them and upcharge 300% of what you could buy for it without them. Thank you so much
